A culture code is a set of expectations that guide how people should interact with each other in order to promote a positive workplace environment and build trust. It creates a shared language that sets clear expectations and holds individuals accountable within the team.
During our one-day workshop, we will integrate both concepts in a meaningful and impactful way. In the first half of the day, participants will have the opportunity to identify and evaluate their core values, gaining clarity on how these values influence their personal and professional lives. This insight will then be applied to improve their performance.
In the latter part of the day, attendees will define their team’s fundamental values and work on establishing a Values-Based Culture Code. This will provide the team with a stronger sense of unity, a shared language, and clear expectations.

How It Works?
