About Dan

Leadership From the Inside Out


I am an internationally recognized speaker, executive coach, and facilitator. With expertise in Six Sigma, Positive Psychology, Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence, my intention is to empower individuals worldwide to unlock their true potential.

Over more than two decades, I have collaborated with diverse international teams across 15+ industries in 37+ countries — delivering 1,000+ workshops and projects and over 160 keynotes on leadership, coaching, emotional intelligence, and the science of happiness. Most recently, I served as lead consultant for BMW Manufacturing across the US, Mexico, and Germany.

I hold a degree in Business Management with a focus on leadership from Edison State College and a degree in life and business coaching from the University of Miami, and I have served as an MBA Professor for Life Coaching, Leadership, and Positive Psychology. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I'm renowned for an engaging facilitation style and transformative coaching that helps leaders and organizations succeed.
